Have you always wanted to learn AcroYoga but feel insecure or unsure of where to start? Or do you already have a solid Acro foundation and want to build upon it?
Join us at 12:30 PM Noon every Saturday for an All Levels Acro Yoga class.
During this all levels class, we will be exploring consent, communication and conscious touch through partner poses. We will also go over the foundational skills and postures of AcroYoga and safe spotting techniques as well as drills and conditioning exercises that will help both the flyer and base build strength, endurance and great communication on and off the mat.
In each and every class we learn AcroYoga flows or washing machines in addition to AcroYoga therapeutics and Thai Bodywork techniques in order to build an all around balanced practice.
