In this two part workshop series for DreamBoarding and Manifestation, you will have the opportunity to go inside and bring forth a clear vision for what you desire most in the following 9 areas of your life:

Starting on January 4th, we will have a 90 minute Zoom call where I will be sharing information and questions on the 9 areas mentioned above.

10 days after our virtual meeting on January 14th, we will meet in person at a private location in order to create our DreamBoard and bring forth our vision for the new year.

This 2 and a half hour manifestation circle will be an opportunity to sit in community and connect with others that have decided to create a vision for the year ahead.

Through out the ceremony everyone will be enjoying delicious Cacao Sol while tapping into their creativity for dreaming and manifestation.

The in person circle and ceremony will include painting, drawing and collecting images that match our vision for the new year based on the 9 areas of the DreamBoard.

During this all levels class, we will be exploring consent, communication and conscious touch through partner poses. We will also go over the foundational skills and postures of AcroYoga and safe spotting techniques as well as drills and conditioning exercises that will help both the flyer and base build strength, endurance and great communication on and off the mat.

In each and every class we learn AcroYoga flows or washing machines in addition to AcroYoga therapeutics and Thai Bodywork techniques in order to build an all around balanced practice. On this evening, we will be journaling about the intentions that we want to bring to life in the new year, open our hearts with cacao served by our friends Cacao Sol and come together through a gentle lunar based Yoga flow before being guided through a healing meditation led by Joanna Ramirez.

How many times have you said “Yes” when you really wanted to say “No”? 

How many times have you gone out to meet a group friends or been on a date and sent your “representative” instead of showing up as yourself? 

Living in alignment with your truth and being vulnerable isn’t just important for spiritual growth, it’s also extremely important for your own mental health and well being. 

When we show up authentically without the need to belong, choose self-expression over self-denial and embrace who we truly are instead of what others want us to be, life can become truly magical, fulfilling, fun and most of all vulnerable and authentic. 

I believe that we were all put on Earth with our own unique gifts and medicine that we get to share with the world. We are all here to be, share and express ourselves in a way that no one else has or ever could! 

It’s because of these reasons and more that my friend Davida Syne and I feel called to share all that we know and have experienced around shame, volnurability and self expression during the New Moon on October 7th at The Grove Sanctuary 

During the ceremony, we will explore what our truth is, share what it means to be vulnerable, move in ways that feel authentic and unique to us and explore what our life would be like if we allowed ourselves to be more vulnerable.

This New Moon ceremony is for anyone that is ready to break out of their shell, show up more authentically and tap into their vulnerability. Join us if you’re ready to celebrate yourself fully, embrace the person that you’ve always felt you are and move through whatever is holding you back from showing up fully as that version of yourself today!

There will a laying down concert by singer songwriter Emilia Garth, guided meditation by Yoga teacher and Self Love coach Jessica Zayas, journaling by the founder of the Save the Sharks organization @savethesharksorg and a grounding lunar Yoga flow by Luis Jimenez

The Full Moon is a time to let go of what no longer serves us, an opportunity to come together to support the ascension and growth of our spiritual community here in South Florida and also a time to give back to those less fortunate than us.

Can you imagine a life without Yoga? The reality is that for some individuals in our community, dropping into a Yoga class or going to a Yoga studio is simply not a part of their reality due to their socio-economic status. It is for this reason that on this Full Moon, Joanna and I have partnered up with The Pavasana Foundation which is a local non-profit organization that provides community Yoga classes, physical, mental and emotional support for low to moderate income communities here in South Florida.

We will be journaling to release what no longer serves us, moving through a light Yoga flow and experiencing a deep healing mediation and sound bath at the end of the night.

During the Level 1 Workshop, Anjane and I will be covering the basic foundational skills and postures of AcroYoga, safe spotting techniques as well as drills and conditioning exercises that will help both partners build strength, endurance and great communication skills both on and off the mat.

Our Level 2 workshop will build upon the principles explained in the Level 1. This workshop will help take AcroYogis with a solid foundation or anyone that completes our Level 1 workshop to the next level!

The powerful Gemini New Moon on Thursday, June 10, 2021 is coming in with a deep spiritual meaning that relates to getting clear on our thinking and communication skills. 

This New Moon will land on the same day as a Solar Eclipse and with Mercury still in retrograde. During this time expect to experience breakdowns in communication, technology, travel delays and even the loss of personal items. 

It’s important that for this New Moon we become extra mindful with our words, double-check our emails and posts before sending them out and avoid reacting quickly in any arguments if we’re being provoked. 

Have you started to feel the rising tension, sudden unexpected changes and breakdowns in communication that this New Moon is bringing about? 

In anticipation for this powerful New Moon, Joanna (lalunawisdom) and I (luisinmotion) have been working day and night on improving our communication skills, removing blockages from our Throat Chakra and communicating openly with others and with each other. 

I’ve started studying and applying the principles in a powerful book called “Nonviolent-Communication: A Language of Life Changing Tools for Healthy Relationships”, reciting mantras and singing more and more every day in order to remove blockages from my Throat Chakra as well as attending Sound Healing and Breathwork sessions in order to release negative, restrictive, and limiting beliefs that have been blocking me from speaking the truth. 

Are you inspired to dive into this work as well? 

Since it’s worked for us, Joanna and I have decided to make this months New Moon experience about removing blockages from the Throat Chakra through journaling, learning how to express ourselves through Non-Violent Communication (NVC) and finding our voice through mantra recitation and sound healing led by our friend Fabiola @mysecretlab.
