On June 26th Anjane Girwarr and I are offering a back to back Level 1 and Level 2 AcroYoga workshop Flow State Studios
During the Level 1 Workshop, Anjane and I will be covering the basic foundational skills and postures of AcroYoga, safe spotting techniques as well as drills and conditioning exercises that will help both partners build strength, endurance and great communication skills both on and off the mat.
Our Level 2 workshop will build upon the principles explained in the Level 1. This workshop will help take AcroYogis with a solid foundation or anyone that completes our Level 1 workshop to the next level!
