The Full Moon is a time to let go of what no longer serves us, an opportunity to come together to support the ascension and growth of our spiritual community here in South Florida and also a time to give back to those less fortunate than us.
Can you imagine a life without Yoga? The reality is that for some individuals in our community, dropping into a Yoga class or going to a Yoga studio is simply not a part of their reality due to their socio-economic status. It is for this reason that on this Full Moon, Joanna and I have partnered up with The Pavasana Foundation which is a local non-profit organization that provides community Yoga classes, physical, mental and emotional support for low to moderate income communities here in South Florida.
Joanna, the Pavasana Foundation and I invite you to spend time with us at Maurice A. Ferre Park this upcoming Sunday June 27th at 6:30 pm. We will be journaling to release what no longer serves us, moving through a light Yoga flow and experiencing a deep healing mediation and sound bath at the end of the night.
We are very excited to spend this time with you absorbing the light and energy of this months Full Moon as well as enjoying a night at the park supporting your growth and healing, our community, and all those around us in need.
