At the Full Moon gatherings we serve delicious cacao to open our hearts, journal to release negative intentions, practice Yoga to move together as one family and feel the vibrations of sound healing.
There will a laying down concert by singer songwriter Emilia Garth, guided meditation by Yoga teacher and Self Love coach Jessica Zayas, journaling by the founder of the Save the Sharks organization @savethesharksorg and a grounding lunar Yoga flow by Luis Jimenez
