How many times have you said “Yes” when you really wanted to say “No”?
How many times have you gone out to meet a group friends or been on a date and sent your “representative” instead of showing up as yourself?
Living in alignment with your truth and being vulnerable isn’t just important for spiritual growth, it’s also extremely important for your own mental health and well being.
When we show up authentically without the need to belong, choose self-expression over self-denial and embrace who we truly are instead of what others want us to be, life can become truly magical, fulfilling, fun and most of all vulnerable and authentic.
I believe that we were all put on Earth with our own unique gifts and medicine that we get to share with the world. We are all here to be, share and express ourselves in a way that no one else has or ever could!
It’s because of these reasons and more that my friend Davida Syne and I feel called to share all that we know and have experienced around shame, volnurability and self expression during the New Moon on October 7th at The Grove Sanctuary
During the ceremony, we will explore what our truth is, share what it means to be vulnerable, move in ways that feel authentic and unique to us and explore what our life would be like if we allowed ourselves to be more vulnerable.
This New Moon ceremony is for anyone that is ready to break out of their shell, show up more authentically and tap into their vulnerability.
